The main event of tonight’s (Sun., Dec. 4, 2016) WWE TLC pay-per-view (PPV) at the American Airlines Center in Dallas, Texas, featured the one and only Tables, Ladders, and Chairs match on the card: AJ Styles vs. Dean Ambrose for the WWE world championship.

James Ellsworth showed up after this and immediately got involved in the match while wearing his neck brace. That gave Ambrose an opening to go after the title. Just when it looked like he was going to grab it, Ellsworth pushed the ladder over and sent Dean tumbling into tables set up on the outside.
AJ went up a new ladder and grabbed the title while Ellsworth, the traitor, celebrated.
