Triple threat WWE championship match set for SmackDown Live in Chicago

Baron Corbin wanted it known he should be the top contender to the WWE world championship, so he put the boots to Dolph Ziggler and got himself booked into a number one contender match on this week’s episode of SmackDown Live. Ziggler, for some reason, decided he would put his top contender status on the line in said match.

WWE Champion AJ Styles sat ringside and, of course, he got involved in the match. Because the finish was unsatisfactory, General Manager Daniel Bryan showed up to book a triple threat title match for next week’s episode of SmackDown Live in Chicago, Illinois.

Here’s the updated line-up for next week’s show:
