The WWE audience may go up and down slightly on Monday night for the company’s flagship program, Raw, but it sure looks like they’ve established a reasonable expectation that the red brand will do just under three million viewers each week. That rang true this week, with Raw drawing 2.87 million viewers.
That’s up from the 2.76 million it drew for a tape delayed show last week.
The hourly breakdown showed the usual pattern of slowly losing viewers throughout the night:
Hour one: 2.96 million
Hour two: 2.93 million
Hour three: 2.74 million
That’s a generally good breakdown, with most viewers sticking around for the heavily promoted face-to-face meeting between Goldberg and Brock Lesnar that resulted in a lot of talking and not much action.
Numbers should go up next week coming off the Survivor Series pay-per-view.
