Curt Hawkins didn’t wrestle on SmackDown Live again this week

“Last week you wanted to see him, but he didn’t want to see you.”

That’s what Curt Hawkins said in his intro as his own personal ring announcer as he made his way to the ring for his first match back with WWE on tonight’s (Oct. 18, 2016) episode of SmackDown Live in Denver, Colorado. He then cut a short promo on his would be opponent, Apollo Crews, saying that once he won the match Apollo would have to change his name to “Apollo Lose.”

Naturally, Crews planted him with a punch.

Hawkins, upset about this, said Crews ruined his in-ring wrestling debut for everyone and he was leaving. So he stormed to the back, having gone yet another week without actually wrestling a match.

Maybe next week!
