WWE Raw ratings (Oct. 10, 2016): Viewers down, but it’s not so bad

WWE.com

After getting slammed by the first Presidential debate and dropping down to 2.46 million viewers for Monday Night Raw, last week’s show rebounded to the tune of 2.79 million viewers. Numbers were back down this week but it wasn’t bad.

Indeed, 2.75 million viewers tuned into Raw. It’s a decline, sure, but it isn’t anything like what the NFL is going through, as the Bucs vs. Panthers game on ESPN did just over 9 million viewers.

Here’s the hourly breakdown for Raw:

Hour one: 2.79 million
Hour two: 2.88 million
Hour three: 2.61 million

These are solid numbers considering all the competition. Sure, Monday Night Football was down but they were also up against the MLB Playoffs, where the Cleveland Indians closed out the Boston Red Sox in David Ortiz’s last stand and the San Francisco Giants stayed alive by defeating the Chicago Cubs in two games that both drew over 4 million viewers.
