Your latest sign that the Roman Empire is upon us is here. The Emperor is headed to India.
John Cena has been set to headline WWE's brief swing through one of the largest countries in the world (and a key new market for their streaming Network service), but news of his shoulder injury sidelined those plans.
With Cena and fan favorite Daniel Bryan also unable to compete, Vince McMahon has turned to the man he's currently crafting into Cena's replacement as a larger-than-life superhero babyface, Roman Reigns.
The two-day swing through New Dehli will also feature other well-established names and fantastic gimmicks like Big Show, Kane, Ryback, Bray Wyatt, Dolph Ziggler, Tyler Breeze and The New Day. Summer Rae and Charlotte will represent the Divas, because who doesn't like American blondes?
The two shows will occur on Friday, January 15 and Saturday, January 16, with talent presumable departing after next week's SmackDown taping on Tuesday.
