The next pay-per-view (PPV) on the WWE schedule is the Fastlane event set to take place on Sun., Feb. 21, 2016, at the Quicken Loans Arena in Cleveland, Ohio. This will be the second show bearing the name, having replaced the Elimination Chamber event as the show that bridges the gap between the Royal Rumble and WrestleMania each year.
We're three weeks from showtime and only the main event is official for the show.
- Brock Lesnar vs. Roman Reigns vs. Dean Ambrose
The night after Royal Rumble, where Triple H won the WWE world heavyweight championship, The Authority told the WWE stars competing on Raw that night that whoever impressed them most would earn their way into a number one contender match at this event. The winner of said match would go on to headline WrestleMania 32 in a title match against "The Game." Reigns and Ambrose were chosen and Lesnar was added as a cherry on top.
