UPDATE: John Cena posted a picture of a young AJ Styles on his Instagram account without comment. H/T to Cagesider The_Change for pointing it out, and make of it what you will:

On Saturday, Jan. 16, fan-shot footage of a speech AJ Styles made at Revolution Pro Wrestling's High Stakes event in London circulated on the internet.

His promo, made after a main event showdown with Zack Sabre, Jr., teased an appearance at WWE's Royal Rumble (and expressed hope that Daniel Bryan joins him in Orlando for the pay-per-view (PPV)), but made clear that "I don't have a job there [WWE]".

Rev Pro is capitalizing on the moment by releasing the following high definition version of his full remarks, along with some footage from the full show, which you can order online at rpwondemand.com:

If that's not enough to whet you whistle for the weekend, word is going around that the Phenomenal One will not wrestle for Ring of Honor (ROH) on Saturday, Jan. 23. The company is already promoting his appearance as a goodbye, and Wrestling Observer (subscription required but recommended) is saying that's because WWE made it clear they don't want Styles, Doc Gallows, Karl Anderson or Shinsuke Nakamura working for ROH going forward - but they wouldn't go so far as to tell them to not fulfill commitments.

Appearing but not wrestling is seen as a compromise that would allow AJ to do both. And another sign that his WWE debut is imminent, maybe even Sunday night in Orlando.
