For the non-comic book-types in the house, this is in reference to the cover of the issue that kicks off one of the most famous and influential superhero stories of all-time, Chris Claremont and John Byrne's "Days of Future Past" from Uncanny X-Men 141-142. The last X-Men movie used the tale for its framing device, but wasn't really an adaptation --instead telling its story using a similar time-travel trope.
Anyway, here's what that looks like:
In addition to being a smart homage (and having the LOL classification for Cesaro), the WrestleMania version should also please Ambreigns shippers, since it casts Roman as Kitty Pryde to Dean's Wolverine. Of course Kitty and Logan had more of a father/daughter thing going on, so...you know what, this is why I have a rule about making analogies about slash pairings.
Can Dean & Roman save us from a future with no stars?
