Stone Cold Steve Austin will be at WrestleMania 32 'by hook or by crook'

Steve Austin was Jim Ross' guest on the 100th episode of The Ross Report.

The two old friends chatted about most of the hot topics of the day...WWE's injury issues, the New Japan exodus, CM Punk. But especially in light of the number of stars who will likely be missing WrestleMania this year due to being banged up and/or rehabbing from surgery, Stone Cold's status for the event is an obvious point of interest.

While Austin wouldn't confirm that he'll be there - he didn't get to the top by not always working the angles - he did tell JR that he's "99% sure" he'll be there:

Whether we do something in the ring, or if I'm part of the show - it remains to be seen. A big part of the WrestleMania weekend for me is going to the Hall Of Fame. By hook or by crook, I see myself being there.

It's no surprise the Texas Rattlesnake would find a way to be involved in what WWE is trying to ensure is the biggest show in history, especially since it takes place in the Metroplex in the Northeast corner of his home state.

Doing "something in the ring" is almost certainly not an official match, but it does leave open a wide range of possibilities.
