On Monday, we continued our coverage of the ongoing class action concussion lawsuit against WWE, as the lawyers for former WWE wrestlers Russ McCullough, Ryan Sakoda and Luther Reigns (including Kostantine Kyros who wasn't named in the original case), had filed an amended complaint.

We noted that rather than remove the allegation that Stephanie McMahon committed perjury by fraudulently concealing the risk of concussions during testimony that she gave to a Congressional Committee in 2007, as WWE lawyer Jerry McDevitt had requested due to it being an odiously concocted falsehood, Kyros has in fact continued his attacks that WWE has attempted to cover up the dangers of head trauma associated with wrestling and repeated the perjury claim.

I asked WWE if they wanted to respond to the allegations in the amended complaint and this was their official statement on that matter:

"WWE has moved to sanction Mr. Kyros over false allegations he has made and repeated in the cases he has filed."

We covered this development in the case two weeks ago in our report entitled "WWE asks for sanctions against "vexatious" concussion litigator Konstantine Kyros", so for more details on that story readers should check that article out.
