WWE fan who invaded ring at Night of Champions reportedly sentenced to 10 days in jail

This past Sunday night at the Night of Champions pay-per-view (PPV) at the Toyota Center in Houston, Texas, a fan invaded the ring in an ill fated attempt at becoming Roman Reigns and Dean Ambrose's mystery partner in their match with The Wyatt Family.

They chose Chris Jericho, even though that didn't work out. You know, because he's a glory hound and all that.

As for the fan, a 37-year-old man named Oscar Ramirez, PW Insider is reporting that he was arrested and charged with "criminal trespass of a property or building with no forced entry." He already plead guilty and was sentenced to 10 days in jail.

This comes after reports that WWE was going to crack down hard on any future cases of fans attempting to jump the barricade and/or become part of the show. There have been multiple instances of fans doing just that of late, with a fan walking alongside Seth Rollins on Raw a couple weeks ago, a fan jumping the barricade and getting far too close to Dean Ambrose at a SmackDown taping, and Roman Reigns getting hit on the head by a replica Money in the Bank briefcase at a house show.
