Cagesider Mick Rouse has another great piece up over at GQ. It's not as epic as getting the WWE roster to basically cut a Chipotle promo, but it does contain a valuable piece of advice from Divas champion Nikki Bella.
In talking to both Brie and Nikki about working out, gym habits, how their significant others (Daniel Bryan and John Cena, respectively) have influenced their approach to fitness and more, Rouse asks for some pointers on how to approach women at the gym - as this is something with which the Bellas undoubtedly have some experience.
The Fearless One offered some sound advice:
When she is on the treadmill, leave her alone! I can't tell you how many guys have approached me when I'm doing cardio. Like, I have my headphones on, I'm in the zone, so don't bother me. I think the best time to approach a woman is actually after her workout. When you're working out, you're playing your jam, you're in the groove, and you don't want to be interrupted. So guys, wait until she's done getting her sweat on.
Great thing about it is, that advice works for girls picking up guys, guys trying to get with guys, ladies who want to meet ladies...plus, it has the Brie Mode seal of approval!
Exactly. Wait until after her workout, then go up to her. Plus she'll be in a good mood because she feels good!
