Jimmy Snuka has stomach cancer

Jimmy Snuka, a member of the WWE Hall of Fame, would have sat down with pro wrestling journalist Bill Apter at 1Wrestling to record a video remembering the late Roddy Piper, one of Snuka's greatest rivals. Instead, his wife, Carol Snuka, did so and revealed that Jimmy has stomach cancer.

He underwent surgery to remove it last Friday. That included actually removing part of his stomach and his lymph nodes but she said the doctors believe they've got all the cancer and the procedure was a success.

It's never so simple with cancer, so he's not out of the woods yet, but they're off to a good start in the battle against it.
