Divas Beat-the-Clock Challenge added to Raw next week to determine top contender to Nikki Bella's title

On its Facebook page today, WWE announced that a Beat-the-Clock Challenge will be held on next Monday night's episode of Raw in Tampa, Florida featuring all three members of Team PCB. The winner will be crowned number one contender to Nikki Bella's Divas championship.

From the announcement:

"Guys, I am backstage here in Orlando for WWE Live. I just spoke with Becky, Charlotte, and Paige and they have just notified me that The Authority notified them that they will be competing in the first ever WWE Divas Beat the Clock Challenge in order to determine a number one contender for the Divas championship. Now, nothing has really been set in stone as to who their opponents are but all I know is that they will be competing this Monday on Raw to determine a number one contender in this very historic fashion. Live, Monday night, don't you miss it."

As noted, there's no word on who their opponents will be but it stands to reason that either Team Bella or Team B.A.D. would be in that slot. It's also interesting to note that Sasha Banks, who submitted Nikki on Raw just the other week, is not in the mix for a title shot anytime soon.

Perhaps that will be addressed on the show.

This could also determine who will face Nikki at Night of Champions on Sept. 20 in Houston, though that also wasn't specified. As always, we'll have to tune in to Raw to find out.
