Cody Rhodes, who will be sticking with his Stardust character, tweeted the following a short time ago:

WWE has since confirmed that he will indeed make his return to active wrestling on tonight's episode of Monday Night Raw at the Philips Arena in Atlanta, Georgia. This will be his first action since the death of his father, Dusty Rhodes, just over one month ago.
WWE.com explains why it's meaningful that it's happening in Atlanta:
WWE Hall of Famer Dusty Rhodes was born and raised in Austin, Texas, but lived in Marietta, Ga., during his incomparable career, becoming a noted figure in the Georgia sports and entertainment scene. His son Cody grew up in the Georgia suburb, roughly 20 miles north of Atlanta, before setting off on his own accomplished sports-entertainment career.
We continue to wish the entire Rhodes family all the best in this difficult time.
