Samoa Joe: I know CM Punk wants to have one last go

On the latest Ross Report podcast, Jim Ross asked Samoa Joe who he would most like to work with. He brought up a list of names of wrestlers he's never stepped in the ring with, like Randy Orton, and then brought up a list of wrestlers he has gone toe-to-toe with before.

One of those names was former WWE champion CM Punk, and it's most interesting what he had to say about him:

"I've got the people that I've already wrestled. I mean, obviously I'd like to go out and wrestle AJ, maybe even Chris if you want to throw him in there too. You know, (CM) Punk. For everything it is we've still... I know he very much wants to have one last one, one last go. I'm sure he'd love for it to be 100 minutes or 90 minutes but we'll see how that goes."

Emphasis mine.

Joe isn't saying that Punk wants to have one last go in WWE but that he would love one last go in a wrestling ring with Joe. Or at least that's my interpretation of it. Right now he's focused on training for his debut in the UFC, but who knows what the future could hold.
