Daniel Bryan: My career is not over; I will be back in WWE

Mark J. Rebilas-USA TODAY Sports

Daniel Bryan appeared on Miz TV on the Kickoff Show to tonight's Elimination Chamber event at the American Bank Center in Corpus Christi, Texas for an interview with The Miz. During the course of the talk, he revealed he was there to award the Intercontinental title to the winner of the Elimination Chamber match later in the evening.

But he was also there to make an announcement on his future in WWE.

"My career is not over," he said. "I will be back."

There have been rumors floating around in the weeks following his departure that Bryan's injuries are much worse than he's ever let on and it's entirely possible he'll never wrestle again. Tonight's interview directly contradicts those rumors, but it doesn't mean they aren't true either.

We can only hope he returns to his previous form, gets healthy, and continues doing what he loves.

Follow along with Elimination Chamber tonight right here.
