Live Steve Austin podcast with Paul Heyman set for June 1 on WWE Network

So much for all those rumors about heat between Stone Cold Steve Austin and WWE (although the ol' Texas Rattlesnake did tell us there was nothing to all that).

As announced during the Kickoff show for tonight's Payback pay-per-view (PPV), Austin will once again host a live podcast on the WWE Network immediately following Monday Night Raw on June 1, 2015. His guest will be none other than Paul Heyman.

That comes just one night after the Elimination Chamber event and the first day after the free month of May for new subscribers. This acts as compelling programming to entice said subscribers to stick around for at least another month.

Stone Cold's previous Network podcasts with Vince McMahon and Triple H were both big hits. Chris Jericho took over and hosted John Cena and Stephanie McMahon and while reviews were mixed, Austin's shows were reportedly a bigger draw.

Now he's back and with a guest who has shown a willingness to speak his mind on any number of topics no matter the backlash he may face for it.

This should be fun.
