If meaningful change actually occurs, it won't matter how it happened just that it does. Considering WWE and its track record, especially when it comes to Vince himself, there isn't exactly much confidence to go around on anything happening in regard to this issue.
Still, this comes just hours after former Divas Champion AJ Lee called out Stephanie McMahon (who retweeted Vince's aforementioned tweet).
