Watch Seth Rollins respond to Jon Stewart as 'The Daily Show' vs. WWE beef escalates!

Yesterday, Emmy-award winning comedy show host, writer/director of the acclaimed Rosewater and "Enhancement Smoker" from Half-Baked, Jon Stewart, responded to Seth Rollins dissing The Daily Show on last week's WWE Raw.

Now, the self-proclaimed Future has expanded on his quick Twitter retort from yesterday on TMZ Sports.  The entire segment from their Reelz show is below, but jump to 1:45 for Rollins mocking Stewart's collegiate soccer background (and footie players everywhere), sarcastically comparing the angle to Jay Leno in WCW and laying the smacketh downeth like this:

I don't even know how old Jon Stewart is...he's ancient at this point.  He's got to be a fossil.

I'm 28 years old.  I'm the fittest competitor in all of WWE.  There's nobody on the WWE roster that can even touch me, let alone Jon Stewart.

As today's Rumor Roundup pointed out, this is most likely being orchestrated or at least encouraged by WWE to promote this Sunday's Fastlane pay-per-view (PPV), available to new subscribers for free on WWE Network.

But that doesn't mean it's not great.
