One week after a modest gain thanks to a less than compelling Monday Night Football game, this week's episode of Monday Night Raw saw another drop in viewers for WWE and the USA Network up against a far more compelling NFL game. Although the Dallas vs. Washington game wasn't any good until late, where the Cowboys pulled out a 19-16 win on a field goal in the final 20 seconds, the game did one of the highest ratings of the season.
Raw, meanwhile, dropped down to 3.05 million viewers for all three hours, down from 3.17 million last week.
Hour one: 3.27 million
Hour two: 3.04 million
Hour three: 2.85 million
Once again, the third hour is down below the 3 million viewer mark, though it's not quite as bad as the record low the night after Survivor Series a couple weeks ago. Cord cutting or not, Hulu or not, YouTube or not, this is bad, and there's no reason to think it's going to get any better.
At least not until Brock Lesnar and John Cena return, which is just weeks away.
