Lucha Dragons vs The New Day (WWE Tag Team Championship)

Before the match, Big E talks about how they deserved the Tag Team of the Year Slammy more than The Usos. However, this isn't going to ruin their Christmas. Instead, they have a Christmas: wrapping up the Lucha Booties and sending them home with coal in their stockings.

But whatever, we have something to promote: A NEW DAY CHRISTMAS ALBUM!!! Hits include "Rudolph the Red-Horned Unicorn", "The Little Trombone Boy", "Big E is Coming to Town", "Kofi the Snowman", and "We Wish You a Booty Christmas."

This was a pretty solid tag match, but it's one that we've seen a few times. Sin Cara nearly killed himself on a botched suicide dive, and I'm not even joking - he had a hard landing. Despite that, he kept going into the chaotic finish. Xavier Woods interrupted Sin Cara as he was going for the Swanton, which resulted in Sin Cara socking Xavier with a punch. After the chaos, Sin Cara tries to hit a moonsault on Big E, but flips right into a Big Ending.

Santino Marella is having himself a Christmas party, and he gets The Cobra to put the star on the Christmas tree. After he walks away, the star is stolen by a mystery figure (who may or may not have been Stardust).

WWE's most adorable winter princess, Renee Young, interviews Dean Ambrose about his upcoming triple threat match. He talks about how he got some staples in his head after last night's cage match. Ambrose also threatens to burst Kevin Owens' head and do something even worse to Dolph Ziggler.

The Wyatt Family vs The Dudley Boyz, Ryback, and Kane

This makes for one twisted Christmas party...

This was a very boring and overlong tag match. The Wyatt Family wins after Bray Wyatt hits Sister Abigail on Bubba Ray Dudley

Backstage, somebody stole Christmas. As Santino tries to figure things out, Stardust and The Ascension come in to taunt him. Neville comes in to defend Santino, and Titus O'Neil comes in to back Neville up. Stardust says that Neville and Co. are going to have to win Christmas back from The Cosmic Wasteland.

The Usos vs Rusev and Alberto Del Rio

This one happened. Rusev and Del Rio won after Del Rio hit the dreaded corner stomp on an Uso following DAT KICK as the referee was distracted.

Afterward, The League of Nations beat down The Usos until Roman Reigns comes in to make the save.

Neville and Titus O'Neil vs The Ascension

Another one that happened. The end came as The Cosmic Wasteland ganged up on Santino Marella, who was at ringside. As they bullied him, Neville hit a moonsault that took all everyone out sans Santino. Viktor was reinserted into the ring, punted by O'Neil, and ate the Red Arrow.

WWE thinks that Christmas is saved, but Kevin Owens still cancelled it.

Renee Young interviews Dolph Ziggler about tonight's triple threat match. He says that he's been going about this whole thing wrong. He's been stuck in the middle of the Dean Ambrose/Kevin Owens feud. He then jumps around to talk about becoming Intercontinental Champion again and getting that special feeling.

Charlotte vs Brie Bella

Becky Lynch is on commentary for this one.

Quick match here. Toward the end, Team BAD came out drinking eggnog or something. Naomi waltzed up to Becky and poured eggnog on her for reasons. Becky attacked Naomi, sparking Sasha Banks and Tamina to attack as well. Charlotte watched for a moment until she locked Brie in the Figure Eight to win her match.

Renee Young interviews Kevin Owens about the triple threat match. Owens reminds us that the Intercontinental Championship is his. The Breakout Star of the Year Slammy is also Owens'. Owens vows to turn SmackDown into The Kevin Owens Show by walking out as IC Champion. He also says that Renee looks ridiculous.

Kevin Owens vs Dean Ambrose vs Dolph Ziggler (Intercontinental Championship)

This was a very fun main event that saw all three men hit some pretty cool spots on each other, and this was before the Christmas decorations were introduced to the match. Owens was thrown off the stage into some Christmas trees, Ambrose was thrown into some Christmas trees and took a VERY bad landing after a Kevin Owens suplex, and Ziggler was....there. There was also a VERY cool tandem Zig Zag/Dirty Deeds spot.

The ending comes after a very chaotic sequence. Ziggler went for a superkick on Ambrose, who caught Ziggler's foot and went for Dirty Deeds. Ziggler escapes and superkicks Owens. As Ziggler goes back for Ambrose, he is caught in a NASTY Dirty Deeds to allow Ambrose to retain.
