When Tommy Dreamer made a surprise return to WWE on Monday Night Raw a couple weeks ago, word started making the rounds that he had signed a short-term deal with the company that would see him out touring with the promotion. It was unclear, however, how much of that would involve working on television.
If we're to believe the man himself, he finished up his TV run at last night's TLC pay-per-view (PPV) in Boston:
Thanks @WWE Universe. It was awesome being back on tv. That agreement is done. See you on the live events. I love you guys so much #WWETLC

That would seem to indicate he'll continue to work house shows for an undisclosed period of time. Joey Styles responded with the following:
Something tells me that tonight's #WWETLC won't be your last appearance on @WWE TV. See you at the live events. #ECW https://t.co/LBLvEhltFX

He's probably right, though it's fair to wonder if Dreamer should be taking bumps at this point in his career. Still, it was nice to see an old-timer return, work enough dates to put a full-time team over, and get out before wearing out his welcome, right?
