Over at WWE.com, there is a fantastically fun article on the greatest pranks various superstars have pulled on their fellow co-workers while living life on the road with WWE. It's a fun read and will give you a new appreciation for a few folks, most notably Jack Swagger and Zeb Colter.
The greatest prank of all, however, is what Seth Rollins is currently going through having to carry around the Money in the Bank briefcase everywhere he goes.
From Rollins himself:
"I'm not much of a prankster and no one seems to prank me, to be honest with you. It doesn't happen that often. I've had the typical ‘people steal my championship and give it to me three seconds before I have to go out." I couldn't even tell you how many times that's happened; it's ridiculous. The [Money in the Bank] briefcase might be the biggest prank that's ever been pulled on me, having to carry it around the airport. I don't mind bringing it to the shows; it's the airports, because these regular human beings look at me in the airport like I'm some sort of alien walking through the airport with this banged-up, scratched-up briefcase that says ‘Money in the Bank,' like, ‘What the hell is that?' So yeah, the briefcase itself is the greatest prank of all."
You've undoubtedly seen the photos floating around social media of Rollins hanging out in various airports with the briefcase alongside the rest of his luggage. Sure, he'll probably win the WWE world heavyweight championship whenever he gets around to cashing it in but until then he has to pay his dues by lugging around a briefcase sure to get him laughed at the world over.
Thanks, Rollins!
