Video: WWE's $9.99 song, music video is as bad as you think

Yes, they made a song and music video for the WWE Network's price point and it's as bad as you think.

No matter how low the subscriber count may be, WWE is not giving up on its over-the-top streaming Network. In fact, it's promoting it the best way it can, by trolling fans on television and pay-per-view (PPV) in the hopes that drilling the price point, $9.99, will result in increased orders.

Now, they've released the song/music video you can listen to/see above.

It's awful.

It's generic.

It's exactly what you would expect from a company that has long struggled to find a way to promote a Network that, in theory, should promote itself.

Here are the lyrics:

Gets you everything you want to see
Watch it on your tablet or a TV
You don't need cable or satellite
I demand pay-per-views streaming all night
Every classic match you want to find
Whatcha gonna pay? $9.99

24/7
Unlimited Access
Every pay-per-view
What a great value
New original series all the time
Whatcha gonna pay? $9.99

Painful.
