Latest reports on Emma's arrest before WWE Raw on June 30, 2014

It's been a busy day trying to cover the news of Emma's arrest in Hartford, Connecticut before WWE Raw on Monday, June 30, 2014.  But that's nothing compared to what an embarrassing day it must have been for the WWE Diva, real name Tenille Dashwood.

The fine folks at TMZ picked up the story and were the first to reveal the item Emma is accused of pilfering, a red iHome 'Slim Swivel' iPad Mini case.  Their story is here.

As we reported earlier, she has already been through community court and had her charge processed.  The TMZ story says that the community service sentence is for one day.  Other sources report that once she does her day and a court-ordered education program, the arrest and charge (for sixth degree larceny) will be thrown out.

The Hartford Police Department has issued a statement:

On June 30, 2014 at approximately 1:00pm, Hartford Police Officers were contacted by Walmart Security (asset protection) Officers regarding a potential Larceny/shoplifter. Based on the investigation by HPD, Tenille A. Dashwood, 25, of Australia and Winter Park Fl. was arrested and charged with Larceny in the 6th degree, with a referral to the Hartford Community Court. Dashwood was booked at HPD and issued a WPTA. The unpaid item for which the larceny charge was applied was an "iHome ‘Slim Swivel' iPad mini case" color red with a value of $21.14.

And there you have it, Cagesiders.  Are you as excited as Emma probably is to put this story to bed?
