Sheamus responds to rumored backstage fight with Sin Cara

There's a rumor making the rounds that Sheamus got into a fight backstage with Sin Cara at a recent TV taping and, hard as this may be to believe, lost that fight.

Yes, Sin Cara is rumored to have gotten the better of Sheamus in a shoot fight.

There doesn't seem to be any details available past the Wrestling Observer actually reporting on the fight taking place and nothing more. That doesn't necessary mean it happened, but it doesn't mean it didn't.

Well, Sheamus himself took to Twitter to respond to all this and played coy:

Must be getting punchy. Don't remember being beaten up by Sin Cara backstage... It's just how Mexicans & we Irishmen hug it out fella ;)

That's not a denial, necessarily. In fact, it sounds more like he's simply trying to downplay the situation, as much as there may actually be one.
