Total Divas ratings down big for May 4, 2014, show opposite WWE Extreme Rules

This should come as no surprise considering how badly ratings have been affected with direct competition with WWE in the past but the latest episode of Total Divas, which aired on May 4, 2014, the same night as Extreme Rules, was down big in the ratings.

In fact, the show failed to crack one million viewers, averaging just 965,000 for the one hour episode on the E! channel.

This week's edition featured Summer Rae coming on to Fandango, Brie and Nikki Bella fighting over the former's wedding, and Noami getting a secret birth control procedure.

Here's how the ratings look so far this season:

Episode one: 1.07 million
Episode two: 1.28 million
Episode three: 1.55 million
Episode four: 1.16 million
Episode five: 1.39 million
Episode six: 1.14 million
Episode seven: 0.96 million
