WWE is currently embarking on its annual European Tour and, as with any tour like this, there have been problems. That includes Rosa Mendes, a Diva who manages the tag team of Epico and Primo, being sent home for reasons that aren't quite clear.
According to PWInsider.com, word around the water cooler is that the company was concerned with her behavior and with her history of similar issues, the decision was made to simply send her home to avoid further problems.
For its part, WWE released the following statement:
"Milena Roucka (Rosa Mendes) left the international tour for personal reasons."
Rosa herself took to Twitter today to give her side:

There isn't much here. As noted by the Wrestling Observer, there are rumors flying that her hard partying ways caught up to her and WWE decided it had seen enough and sent her home. Again, though, those are just rumors and it's unclear what exactly the problem was that led to her heading back home.
