Well if nothing else, this helps explain the reasoning behind the television line-up for the USA broadcast of the WWE Hall of Fame 2013 class special that is set to air highlights of the ceremony taking place on Sat., April 6, 2013, at Madison Square Garden in New York City, on the following Tuesday night.
It was announced that Bruno Sammartino, Trish Stratus, and Donald Trump would be the three featured performers to get time on the one-hour television special. Sammartino is an obvious choice because he's the headlining act for this year's class but Stratus and Trump were surprising considering the class also includes Bob Backlund, Booker T, and, most importantly, Mick Foley.
Then it was announced that Stephanie McMahon would be inducting Trish and now it has been announced that Vince McMahon will induct Trump and suddenly it all makes sense.

Backlund, Foley, and Booker will still undoubtedly get some television time but you'll have to wait for the WrestleMania 29 DVD set to see the real goods from the ceremony. Some would argue you should be doing that already anyway, so it's hardly all that important.
Whatever.
Here's the 2013 class list, including who will be inducting each new member:
- Bruno Sammartino (Arnold Schwarzenegger)
- Bob Backlund (Maria Menounos)
- Mick Foley (Terry Funk)
- Trish Stratus (Stephanie McMahon)
- Donald Trump (Vince McMahon)
- Booker T (Unannounced)
