We're all currently gearing up for the WrestleMania 29 pay-per-view (PPV) extravaganza, which goes down this Sun., April 7, 2013, at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey, and features a loaded line-up that includes The Rock vs. John Cena, Undertaker vs. CM Punk, and Triple H vs. Brock Lesnar.
It's a big show.
However, it's the top of the month, which means we also get to take a peek at the official PPV poster for the next event on the schedule, Extreme Rules, scheduled for Sun., May 19 at the Scottrade Center in St. Louis, Missouri. And while both The Rock and Brock Lesnar have been advertised at various points, it's Sheamus who graces the cover:
Interestingly enough, the inDemand description along with the poster makes no mention of either Rock or Lesnar, though that doesn't mean they won't appear on the show. Also note Punk is absent:
"Extreme times call for Extreme Rules! Don't miss John Cena, Ryback, Alberto Del Rio, Sheamus, and all your favorite WWE Superstars in the one night of the year when WWE goes extreme. WWE Extreme Rules, Sunday, May 19, at 8:00 p.m. EST / 5:00 p.m. PST, live on pay-per-view."
Stay tuned, Cagesiders. In the meantime, how underwhelming is this poster?
