WWE Royal Rumble results: Team Hell No retain tag titles over The Rhodes Scholars

Team Hell No are still the tag team champions after vanquishing The Rhodes Scholars with little issue at tonight's (Jan. 27, 2013) Royal Rumble pay-per-view (PPV) in Phoenix, Arizona.

The tag team titles were on the line at tonight's (Sun., Jan. 27, 2013) Royal Rumble pay-per-view (PPV) event at the US Airways Center in Phoenix, Arizona, as Team Hell No attempted to defend their belts against The Rhodes Scholars.

Kane and Daniel Bryan used surprisingly effective teamwork to retain their belts, disposing of Damien Sandow and Cody Rhodes with little to no issue. The heels got their offense in but the babyfaces were in control throughout most of the match and both men hit their finishers en route to victory.

Not a single bit of dissension was teased, even on their way to the back.

Then again, both are entered into the Royal Rumble match set for later in the evening, so there's still plenty of time to create a rift between the two. Or maybe WWE is happy with the returns on have no plans of breaking up the extremely successful duo anytime soon.

Thoughts on that?
