Good news if you're a fan of WWE Champion CM Punk and the hit AMC television show The Walking Dead.
It has been announced that Punk will appear on this upcoming Sunday night's (Nov. 25, 2012) episode of Talking Dead, a half hour talkshow that breaks down each new episode every week.
This should simply be good news for all involved and everyone goes on their peachy way but this is WWE and Punk we're talking about, so naturally there are issues, ones the champ has no problem taking to Twitter. Earlier today, comic book aficionado voiced his displeasure with how WWE has handled the promotion for this:
"Yes, I will be on @AMCTalkingDead on Sunday. Shocking how WWE didn't promote it or get AMC the proper materials in time to announce it. ... I will also be the Grand Marshall in the Chicago turkey day parade. Also not announced or promoted by "my" company. Shocking. ... This is what happens when you go over everyone's head to hustle and acquire your own outside appearances. #DIY ... #disrespect ... Was promoted on Monday. Wasn't Sunday night when it was supposed to be. Ball dropped. S'okay. I'll pick it up and score like I always do. ... Looking forward to discussing @WalkingDead_AMC Sunday on @AMCTalkingDead Tune in!"
I'm not sure what this accomplishes other than continuing Punk's streak of whining when things don't go exactly the way he wants them to. Everyone is against Punk but he gets things done anyway yadda yadda ya.
