WWE is making a bunch of moves this week in honor of SmackDown's first show on its new cable home.
The show will feature a rare John Cena appearance on the blue brand. Mauro Ranallo will make his debut as the play-by-play voice, supposedly signaling some changes to the product - changes the veteran combat sports announcer says will make it more like NXT.
In addition to that, we learned tonight that we'll be getting two title matches on January 7.
Fighting champion Dean Ambrose will put his belt on the line against the former titleist, Kevin Owens in a one-on-one affair. And the long-simmering storyline between faction-mates Becky Lynch and Charlotte will take a big step forward when the Lasskicker gets a shot at the Nature Girl's Divas belt.
Will we see the straps change hands along with all the other big happenings for the B-show?
Tune in and find out. Or just stick with us here at Cageside Seats...you know we got you covered.
