WWE SmackDown comes waltzing back into our lives tonight (Sept. 3, 2015) from Miami, Florida with a taped show on the SyFy channel featuring all the latest build to the upcoming Night of Champions pay-per-view (PPV) scheduled for Sept. 20 in Houston, Texas.
Because SmackDown is a taped show, you can simply go read the spoilers to know everything that happens (find them by clicking here). We will provide results with a live blog below anyway.
You can use this space to discuss all the events as they occur, however, and it's probably going to enhance your viewing experience. In fact, I know it is because we're a lot of fun around here.
Enjoy the show!

SMACKDOWN RESULTS
BaconStrips here. Let's do this.

The New Day comes out with some signs (Broken Wood is No Good for Xavier Woods, #Booty for Big E, and #GiveTablesAChance and #SaveTheTables for Kofi Kingston).
Kingston starts by telling us that a table is a terrible thing to waste, and really puts over the table as well as Sting put over Triple H on Raw. All three gentlemen tell us about great things that happened at tables.
Big E tells us that those Damn Dudleys have no regard for tables. Therefore, Big E tells us to stand up and join the #SaveTheTables movement.
As New Day chants to Save the Tables, The Dudleys come out to interrupt.
D-Von tells New Day that they forgot about one very important moment in table history: Xavier Woods taking a 3D through a table. New Day is quite incensed at this recap.
As Bubba Ray tells us that the Dudleys will claim the tag titles, The New Day takes the final table on earth and evacuates the ring as The Dudleys enter. Right as the Dudleys enter the ring, The Primetime Players come out.
Titus O'Neill tell The Dudleys that they need to EARN a title shot, and that the PTP have a rematch clause to invoke. D-Von tells Bubba Ray to tell the PTP who they are, and Bubba gladly obliges.
The PTP enter the ring, and we have ourselves a match.

The Dudley Boyz vs The Primetime Players
The New Day are on commentary, and they have no idea who Rich Brennan is.
This was a pretty fun tag match complete with The New Day completely hijacking commentary. The Dudleys win after a 3D on Titus O'Neill
The Dudley Boyz def The Primetime Players
After the match, The New Day escapes with their bubble-wrapped table. Kofi Kingston also guarantees his own demise by getting a cheap shot in on The Dudleys.

Backstage, Renee Young tries to interview a celebrating New Day (complete with trombone) about their upcoming match tonight. New Day are disappointed at this revelation, and even more so when they find out that they're taking on Roman Reigns and Dean Ambrose. Xavier Woods lets his displeasure known via trombone.

Stardust vs Neville
The match doesn't start as Neville is attacked by The Ascension. Neville is brought inside the ring where Stardust introduces him to his new cohorts, The Ascension. The Ascension delivers The Fall of Man to Neville to end.

Jojo interviews Cesaro about his loss to Kevin Owens and how it applies to his match tonight against Sheamus. Cesaro says that he's just going to take it and apply it to his match tonight as he does what he loves: wrestling. Sheamus interrupts and puts Cesaro over as being really good, but not good enough. Sheamus talks about how Cesaro continuously lets the Cesaro Section down and starts doing the "on and on and on and on and...." schtick. Cesaro responds by saying that Sheamus looks stupid.

Sheamus vs Cesaro
WWE actually maintains continuity with Cesaro's ribs being bandaged due to his match against Kevin Owens at Raw. Also, Sheamus yells at the crowd for calling him stupid.
Cesaro's streak of putting on show-stealing matches continues with this match, which was awesome as you would expect. Cesaro did a good job at both selling his injured ribs and fighting through the pain, culminating in an insane counter of an Irish-Curse Backbreaker into a crossface. Sheamus does get a Brogue Kick in as the referee is pulling an angered Cesaro away from him.
Sheamus def Cesaro

It's time for some MizTV...yay. Our guests tonight are Dolph Ziggler and Lana.
After a recap of Raw's messy angle, Miz introduces the so-called "real victim" here, Summer Rae.
Miz asks for Summer Rae to recap what happened at Raw, and she tells us the story that she told Renee Young on Raw, but adds more to it, talking about passion and lust and why is Hot Summer crying?
As Summer blubbers on, Ziggler and Lana come out. Before Ziggler tells his story, Miz calls MizTV a "classy show." Just take that as you will.
The segment goes on with everyone interrupting everyone, with Ziggler threatening a restraining order on Hot Summer. Hot Summer responds with a video from a Raw in 2014 where she and Ziggler made out.
As Hot Summer keeps stirring the pot, Lana attacks and lays Hot Summer out. A pissed-off Lana then leaves as Hot Summer screeches at Lana, calling her a bitch and what you will...surprised that slipped by the SmackDown editing department.

R-Truth vs Bo Dallas
Apparently WWE's medical team is able to bring people back from the dead. Case in point: Bo Dallas, who was viciously victimized by one Brock Lesnar a couple of weeks ago.
This was a pretty solid match for what it was. Dallas got the win with a draping Final Cut a la Goldust.
Bo Dallas def R-Truth
Afterwards, Dallas beats Truth a bit more before delivering another rope-assisted Final Cut. A victory lap follows.

A video is aired hyping Nikki Bella's journey to breaking AJ Lee's record as the longest-reigning Divas Champion in WWE history.
_____________________________________________
Renee Young interviews Team PCB. Charlotte is hyped for her Divas Title shot, and thanks her stablemates. Paige and Becky are happy for Charlotte and her title shot. Becky says that Paige and herself will be at ringside during the match.
As PCB woo, Team Bella comes down to mock PCB. Nikki says that the only thing that matters is the Curtis Axel-approved Bellatron. Charlotte drops a bombshell, saying that she put in a petition to have her Divas Title match BEFORE Nikki breaks the record. Nikki is not the slightest bit happy at this revelation.
We're definitely getting a heel turn, aren't we?
_____________________________________________
Tamina vs Charlotte
This was fairly solid for what it was. Charlotte gets the win with Natural Selection.
Charlotte def Tamina
As PCB celebrates, Team Bella comes out with the obligatory champ-to-challenger staredown as the Curtis Axel-approved Bellatron ticks down.

Renee Young interviews Kevin Owens about what's next. He says that he wants to go against those who judge him for the way he looks. Regardless of his look, Owens has a natural, God-given ability for the business. He ends the interview with "Feed Me More." We know where we're going with this...

Dean Ambrose and Roman Reigns vs The New Day
This was a pretty fun back-and-forth tag match that ended via DQ when Xavier Woods dropped his trombone and broke up a pin on Kofi Kingston.
Dean Ambrose and Roman Reigns def The New Day
After the DQ, Ambreigns cleaned house, eventually double-powerbombing Woods for his trouble. Once this deed was done, Ambrose gets a mic and says he wants another crack at downing Braun Strowman. Reigns takes the mic and tells The Wyatts to get their asses to the ring.
Instead of an in-ring confrontation, The Wyatts appear on the Titantron. Bray Wyatt finds it amusing when the puppets try to pull the strings of the master. Wyatt tells Ambreigns that they're hopelessly outnumbered.
Night of Champions: Ambreigns vs The Wyatt Family.
Strowman appears and tells us to run, and this ends the show.
