WWE SmackDown returns to SyFy this coming Thursday night (Sept. 15, 2015) from Little Rock, Arkansas but the show was taped, as usual, on Tuesday. That means full spoilers are readily available if you're the impatient type who doesn't want to wait a couple days for the payoff.
Unwrap that present early:
- Seth Rollins was out for a promo to hype Night of Champions and his matches with Sting and John Cena. Then he revealed he would be in the main event tagging with Sheamus against Roman Reigns & Dean Ambrose. Sheamus interrupted to threaten a cash-in.
- Team B.A.D. def. Team PCB with Naomi scoring the winning fall on Paige via rollup.
- They showed Brie Bella and Alicia Fox backstage planning the big celebration for Nikki Bella breaking the record for most consecutive days as Divas champion. It seems they aired variou backstage segments as the celebration throughout the night.
- The New Day were out for a promo trying to save the tables. Then, Kofi Kingston def. D-Von Dudley with a rollup.
- Big Show def. Cesaro clean with the KO punch.
- Kevin Owens def. Dolph Ziggler via disqualification when Ryback ran in and attacked Owens. He attempted a Shell Shock but was unable to complete it.
- Roman Reigns & Dean Ambrose def. Seth Rollins & Sheamus when Ambrose pinned Sheamus after hitting Dirty Deeds.
