WWE SmackDown spoilers (July 2, 2015): Seth Rollins vs. Roman Reigns

WWE.com

WWE SmackDown returns to SyFy this coming Thursday night (July 2, 2015) from Hershey, Pennsylvania but the show was taped, as usual, on Tuesday. That means full spoilers are readily available if you're the impatient type who doesn't want to wait a couple days for the payoff.

Unwrap that present early:

- Seth Rollins opened with a promo because, well, that's just what WWE is now, okay? They booked the show, noting that Kane was gone off to Tokyo (for that matter, this was a short changed crew due to the rest of the crew traveling overseas): Dean Ambrose vs. Bray Wyatt and Rollins vs. Roman Reigns for the main event.

- Bray Wyatt def. Dean Ambrose after Sister Abigail to continue his streak of wins against Ambrose. Then again, everyone beats Ambrose.

- R-Truth def. Adam Rose after a Rosa Mendes promo. So, yeah, they're giving her promo time now.

- Ryback def. Mark Henry in a non-title match. They aired an interview with THE BIG GUY earlier in the night where he said he would Shell Shock Henry, and he did so here.

- Brie Bella def. Naomi thanks to an assist from Alicia Fox.

- The Prime Time Players def. The Ascension with Titus O'Neil once again scoring the pin for his team.

- Rusev was out for a promo to run down Lana and Dolph Ziggler. Summer Rae was with him and there was some strife between the two because Rusev referred to Summer as Lana. Huge heat for Summer here.

- Roman Reigns def. Seth Rollins via disqualification when J&J Security ran in. Naturally, Ambrose ran in to make the save and the babyfaces beat down Joey Mercury to end the show.

That's it for this week, folks. You like the sound of it?
