WWE SmackDown spoilers (Jan. 9, 2015): Tag team triple threat, playa!

WWE SmackDown returns to SyFy this coming Friday night (Jan. 9, 2015) from Laredo, Texas but the show was taped, as usual, on Tuesday night. That means full spoilers are readily available if you're the impatient type who doesn't want to wait a couple days for the payoff.

Unwrap that present early:

- Seth Rollins opened with a promo that was interrupted by Roman Reigns. Naturally, Big Show arrived and a tag team main event was booked, with Reigns tasked with finding a partner.

- Big E def. Adam Rose in a straight singles match.

- The Ascension repeated what they did on Raw, cutting a promo before squashing Local Athletes.

- Alicia Fox def. Naomi with the old "get leverage with your feet on the ropes" move.

- The Usos def. Goldust & Stardust, The Miz & Damien Mizdow to retain the tag team championship titles.

- Sin Cara def. Bad News Barrett, clean no less, in a non title match. Barrett did a post-match beatdown.

- Dean Ambrose was revealed to be Roman Reigns mystery partner. They defeated Seth Rollins and Big Show after Reigns hit a spear on Rollins and scored the pin.
