WWE SmackDown spoilers (Jan. 22, 2015): Royal Rumble go home show

WWE SmackDown returns to SyFy this coming Thursday night (Jan. 22, 2015) from Austin, Texas but the show was taped, as usual, on Tuesday night. That means full spoilers are readily available if you're the impatient type who doesn't want to wait a couple days for the payoff.

Unwrap that present early:

- Daniel Bryan started the show bringing back Dolph Ziggler, Ryback, and Erick Rowan. The Authority interrupted to book all three of them in a match with the same treatment Bryan was getting: They must win their match to enter the Royal Rumble.

- Dolph Ziggler def. Bad News Barrett in a non-title match. So he's in, and Barrett continues losing to everyone.

- Ryback def. Rusev via count out, so he's in. They did a post-match angle with Rusev trying to attack but Ryback fighting him off.

- Brie Bella def. Naomi in a quick, nothing match.

- Luke Harper def. Erick Rowan after the latter missed a splash. So much for that BIG RED push, huh?

- The Miz and Damien Mizdow do a backstage skit that features Miz bagging on Mizdow for the thing with X-Pac on Raw. Both are announced for the Royal Rumble match.

- Daniel Bryan def. Kane to ensure he will enter the Royal Rumble. Lots of interference in this match, but Bryan went over and looked good doing it. They did the usual locker room clear out brawl with everyone in the ring as a Rumble preview.
