WWE SmackDown returns to SyFy this coming Friday night (July 26, 2013) from Corpus Christi, Texas, but the show was taped just last night thanks to this week's wacky taping schedule due to the upcoming overseas tours. That means full spoilers are readily available if you're the impatient type who doesn't want to wait a couple days for the payoff.

Unwrap that present early (via PWInsider.com):

- Randy Orton may have legitimately been injured or he may have not been but either way he makes his return to defeat Damien Sandow in a veritable "battle of the briefcases." During the match, Cody Rhodes steals Sandow's blue case.

- Fandango interrupts a CM Punk promo and eats a GTS for his troubles. The two get booked for a match later in the evening.

- Mark Henry & The Usos show they can work well together as a team by defeating the Prime Time Players and Wade Barrett.

- Alberto Del Rio campaigns to Vickie Guerrero to get to pick his opponent at SummerSlam like John Cena did. This leads to Rob Van Dam interrupting to say he wants the shot, leading to their match later on, which Del Rio would win. Count RVD among the long list of potentials, one that could turn into a Fatal Four-Way with all the main event level names who have nothing to do at the show right now. Think Sheamus and Christian for the other two.

- AJ Lee and Big E. Langston promo running down Dolph Ziggler. This leads to an appearance from Ziggler, with Kaitlyn alongside him, and the babyfaces take out the heels.

- The Wyatt Family actually work a legitimate match, defeating Tons of Funk. Bray Wyatt spends the entire match sitting in his rocking chair looking on. After, of course, he cuts a promo on Kane.

- Christian def. Jack Swagger clean, lending further credence to the thought that he could be in the world title picture, if only for the potential aforementioned four-way dance at SummerSlam.

- Punk def. Fandango in the match set up earlier in the night.

That's the show, Cagesiders. How does it sound to you?
