On the same day many of you will be making your decision between voting for Mitt Romney or Barack Obama as the next President of the United States of America, WWE will be running a special "live" episode of SmackDown.
Sort of.
The promotion is now being advertised on SyFy as airing a "Super" SmackDown on Tues., Nov. 6, 2012, which is Election Night here in America. I say here in America because WWE will be running Birmingham, England that night, which means the show wouldn't actually be live but taped earlier in the day.
On top of not actually being live and running on Election Night, the show won't actually be "Super" as advertised. That's because most of the Raw crew will be working a house show at the same time.
All in all a strange decision, though SyFy will also air SmackDown in its regular time slot on Fri., Nov. 9.
