It’s a big weekend on the house show circuit, as NXT holds title matches in Japan and the Raw roster is in Mexico for a couple shows... including Brock Lesnar’s first appearance since being destroyed by Goldberg in under two minutes at Survivor Series last month.
Lesnar’s opponent in Mexico City on Saturday night is Rusev, and his wife/manager decided the loss in Toronto was a good psychological lever to pull in order to get her man an advantage:
Well @HeymanHustle guess your client @BrockLesnar underestimated GoldBerg oh well, maybe in 12 years you can try again #SurviorSeries @WWE

Based on this response from Brock’s advocate Paul Heyman, it doesn’t seem to have worked, though:
. @LanaWWE Your beauty is matched only by ur ignorance. My client @BrockLesnar will address ur comments tmrw w/ @RusevBUL in #WWEMexicoCity https://t.co/STaMddNvWD

Hopefully, Paul’s gotten dried his eyes and gotten a shave since we last saw him on Raw this past Monday (Nov. 28). We’ll be sure to let you know how the Beast Incarnate looks when reports come in from Arena Ciudad de Mexico tomorrow night.
