Sin Cara dislocates shoulder during WWE Raw match

WWE.com

Last week was a big night for one half of former NXT tag champs Lucha Dragons, when Kalisto won a Slammy for hitting his finisher in a ladder match at TLC. The latest edition of Raw saw his partner, Sin Cara, trending on Twitter, but unfortunately for an entirely different reason.

The masked luchador took a bad bump when he was pulled off the apron during his match with Big E of WWE tag champs The New Day. He was checked on by ringside medical personnel and continued - including a dive from the top rope.

After the match, he sent out this photo and message indicating that he dislocated his shoulder while wrestling:

It was evident on television that something was wrong after he landed, with numerous jokes online about the botching history of whoever wears the Sin Cara mask and comments from JBL at the announce desk about being "injured" vs. being "hurt". The other man who's worn that hood, Mexican star Mistico/Myzteziz, was infamous for in-ring mistakes and stopping matches for what other wrestlers felt were minor injuries throughout his WWE run.

No word on his current condition, but we'll hope for the best and update you when we here anything.
