According to PWInsider, you won't have to wait until Raw starts at 8PM Eastern on USA Network to find out who will holding gold trophies for 2015 bests.
That's because WWE plans to make it an all-day affair, with some Slammy award winners being announced on WWE.com this afternoon, others handed out on the WWE Network's Raw Pre-Show and the big kahunas on Raw itself.
We'll of course keep you posted on all the winners here at Cageside Seats, but if you're on the lookout for a particular announcement, here's the schedule the Insider team is reporting:
Throughout the day on WWE.com:
- WWE Tag Team of the Year
- Hashtag of the Year
- Celebrity Moment of the Year
- "Tell Me You Didn't Just Say That" Moment of the Year
- Best John Cena United States Championship Open Challenge Match of the Year
On the Pre-Show:
- Rivalry of the Year
- Double Cross of the Year
- Surprise Return of the Year
- Best Original WWE Network Show
On Raw:
- Superstar of the Year
- Match of the Year
- WWE Diva of the Year
- Breakout Star of the Year
- LOL Moment of the Year
- Extreme Moment of the Year
- "This is Awesome" Moment of the Year
- The OMG Shocking Moment of the Year
- The Hero Award presented by Coca-Cola
This kind of says to me not to expect Stephen Amell, and probably not Undertaker, to be there live. Brock Lesnar might still be a possiblity, however. The Slammys he seems most likely to win (rivalry of the year with Taker, and either of the ones "Suplex City" is up for) aren't on the main show, but he's eligible for several that will be handed out on Raw, and there are plenty of ways to work him into the broadcast.
Does the distribution of awards give you any clues to how tonight's show will be booked?
