Video: Dolph Ziggler cashes in Money in the Bank contract to win world heavyweight title on Raw

And now we've got the video of Dolph Ziggler cashing in the Money in the Bank contract to win the world heavyweight championship on tonight's (April 8, 2013) episode of Monday Night Raw.

Just watch that video over and over and over and over and admire how incredibly well put together the entire thing was. Dolph Ziggler cashing in his Money in the Bank briefcase after Alberto Del Rio had been weakened by his second battle in as many nights with Jack Swagger, the first coming at WrestleMania 29 last night (Sun., April 7, 2013) at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey, and the second coming on tonight's episode of Monday Night Raw at the IZOD Center.

Ziggler attacking with zest but the babyface champion battling back with valor, nearly convincing us that he would be strong enough to fend off another challenger to his throne under less than desirable circumstances.

His locking in the Cross Armbreaker really sold it but Dolph proved psychologically sound when he used the perfect counter to it, attacking Del Rio's bum ankle that was right in front of him due to the nature of the move. That gave him the chance to hit his finisher, the Zig Zag, and finally, after the million times he's used it and it hasn't gotten him the victory, it was enough to do the job here in the biggest possible spot with the entire crowd behind him counting along as the referee slapped the mat.

1!

2!

3!

And NEW world heavyweight champion, Dolph Ziggler.

The ensuing pop from the crowd and celebration in the ring, with Big E. Langston and AJ Lee playing their supporting roles just as perfect as Ziggler had played opportunistic challenger and Del Rio had played valiant champion falling despite his best efforts, made this one of the best moments on Raw in a long time.

Amazing.
