WWE Raw results and live blog for Jan. 28: Royal Rumble 2013 fallout

WWE Monday Night Raw comes waltzing back into our lives tonight (Jan. 28, 2013) from Las Vegas, Nevada, featuring the fallout show from the Royal Rumble pay-per-view (PPV) that took place last night in Phoenix, Arizona.

The Rock is the new WWE champion after pinning CM Punk following a "Dusty Finish" while John Cena won the Royal Rumble match. That's right, folks, it's time to set up the rematch.

They're also doing the Raw Roulette gimmick seeing as the show takes place in "Sin City." All that and more.

Vickie kicks off Raw tonight's Raw to explain how Raw Roulette is going to work and there are three wheels.

It's announce that we are going to have Cesaro vs Orton in a special guest referee match but CM Punk hits the ring.

Punk is spitting hot fire out there. He states that his reign is still going because he didn't lose last night.

He is lashing out at everyone in the arena over the fact that he doesn't have his WWE Title anymore.

No Chance in Hell!

Vince is stick and tired of hearing Punk's complaints and he will prove that Punk is involved with Shield.

He claims to already have evidence that Heyman is involved and will be giving Heyman a performance review later this evening.

Punk is continuing on like a mad man in the ring. Great acting by Punk. He is really selling how upset and frustrated he is.

Antonio Cesaro vs Randy Orton

Miz is the special guest referee and Cesaro is not please one bit.

The beginnings of the match occurs during the break and we come back to Orton hitting Cesaro with a suplex for the two count.

Cesaro retakes control and is uppercutting Orton in the corner but Miz pulls him off of Orton.

Orton with some uppercuts now and a slingshot into the ropes.

They are trading uppercuts in the middle of the ring now. Absolute thing of beauty.

We head to break with Orton tossing Cesaro over the top rope.

Back from break and Cesaro is in control in the corner.

Orton fights out and hits the scoop clam for a near fall.

He charges after Cesaro in the corner but Cesaro gets a knee up and then hits a flying uppercut! Impressive but only gets a two count.

Cesaro isn't please with the Miz's count and Orton takes advantage with a back breaker.

Orton can't hit the draping DDT but gets an RKO as Cesaro is more focused on Miz once again.

Randy Orton wins by pinfall.

Miz seems like he is going to help Cesaro up but ends up hitting the Skull Crushing Finale instead.

He is the face right?

Ryback spins a wheel in the back and gets Make Me Laugh. Oh lord....

We come back from break with Ryback and PTP in the ring for a Make Me Laugh challenge with Matt Striker.

PTP make a joke about Striker not being able to get a date and Ryback says "What has four eyes, twenty fingers, and is about to be knocked out" and attack PTP.

Striker states that Ryback is the winner and ends up getting a Shell Shock.

Wade Barrett gets his choice of opponent and wants Bo Dallas

Wade Barrett vs Bo Dallas

Barrett takes early control of the match and is over powering Dallas.

Dallas is finally able to get some offense in with some punches, arm drags, and a drop kick,

His comeback is stopped by a Barrett kick.

Barrett goes for Bull Hammer but gets countered by Dallas with a slam and the pin.

Dallas wins by pinfall.

John Cena vs Cody Rhodes

After a quick exchange Rhodes tries to bail on the match and calls it a waste of time.

Cena grabs him and tosses him back in the ring to hit the five moves of doom.

AA and the pinfall.

John Cena wins by pinfall.

Well that was quick.

Cena is on the mic after the match and is passionate about the results of the his victory at the Royal Rumble and his failure in the previous year's failure to beat the Rock.

"There was times he couldn't hold my jock strap."

Says that Rock won the match so that is alll. HE has a decision to make, the WWE Championship or the WHC.

THe WWE championship he has virutally no championship of winning because of the men involved and the WHC is the easier path.

He picks the WWE Championship despite the challenges and Shield hits the ring!

They are laying the beatdown to Cena when Sheamus hits the ring and he gets beatdown as well.

Ryback hits the ring now and he took temporary control but not for long. Cena tries to mount a comeback but is quickly overwhelmed.

After they are finished they head back out through the audience.

Back to Vickie's office and we get another spin of the wheel.

It lands on a lingerie pillow fight but it turns out that Tensai is the one who spun it.

Vickie spares up from that by having Brodus Clay spin the challenge wheel and we are going to have a dance off between them instead. Oh joy......

Back from break and the Funkasaurus and Tensai are already out to the ring.

Tensai has a robe on and unveils that he is wearing lingerie. Apparently Brodus didn't give him the message that the match up had been changed.

Tensai must have really pissed someone off in the back.

Brodus and the Funkadactyls do their routine.

Tensai doesn't want to dance but Lawler and Clay convince him to do it.

He finally starts to dance and I don't know quite what I am witnessing right now. Some Gagnam Style. lawn mower, shovel, and a few other things.

Ron Simmons in the back with a "Damn!". Took the word right out of my mouth.

Del Rio with a spin of the wheel and he lands on a body slam challenge with the Big Show.

Vickie is laughing at him but Del RIo doesn't seem to be worried.

Del Rio and Big Show hit the ring.

Big Show goes straight for the brawl with Del Rio and ends up hitting the WMD to knock Del Rio out.

The ref is pleading with Big Show that the match hasn't even started.

Big Show has some duct tape and is taping Del Rio's arm to the middle rope.

Ricardo scrambles over to try and protect his friend but eats a kick for his trouble.

Big Show is taunting the helpless Del Rio by attacking Ricardo.

They head to the outside and Ricardo gets thrown into the barrier.

Show drags Ricardo back into the ring as Del Rio pleads that Show should be attacking him and not Ricardo.

Big Show with a huge slam of Ricardo and then focuses his attention on Del Rio. After some kicks he begins to reinforce the taping of Del Rio's arm.

Big Show with a WMD to Ricardo! Poor Ricardo.

Del Rio is going crazy because he can't do anything and Big Show starts kicking him while teasing he will eat a WMD as well.

Big Show finally lands the WMD on Ricardo.

Big Show heads to the back in a shower of boos

Kaitlyn vs Tamina in a Las Vegas Showgirl Lumberjill Match

Tamina takes early control as the rest of the divas surrond the ring dressed as showgirls.

Tamina with a chin lock in the middle of the ring and Kaitlyn is struggling to fight out.

Kaitlyn gets tossed out and Aksana and Alicia Fox start to beat her down before trying to toss her back into the ring. Kaitlyn fights them off and assaults Aksana.

Kaitlyn brings one of the headdresses back into the ring with her and uses it to get the upper hand on Tamina.

Now all of the divas hti the ring and are brawling. Kaitlyn and Tamina just kind of hang out and watch. The regs try to pull them apart and it seems like the match up is over.

The Rock is introduced and comes out to a big pop from the crowd.

"There is only one word that can describe the spirit of tonight. One word that symbolizes our entire journey. And that word is finally. Finally the Rock has come back to Las Vegas and finally the Rock is WWE Champion."

The championship is ingrained in his blood and he says that tonight the proudest moment of his career. He wants to thank the fans.

Rock starts to lay into Punk and Heyman. The fans start chanting twinkie tits.

Rock says we are starting The People's Era.

Punk makes his way out.

Punk says that the title was handed to the Rock and the meaning of the title is going down the drain already.

"Ya Las Vegas I suck, but in twenty years you are going to call me a genius."

Punk says if Rock had respect for his heritage and the legacy of the title he would walk up the ramp and hand it back to him.

Rock says that Punk should walk down there and take it from him.

"You can come face me like a man or stand up there like a punk ass bitch"

Punk starts to make his way to the ring and heads back to the stage.

"Ya I am going to head back to the stage like a punk ass bitch. It's cool to swear kids"

Punk says he is going to "grant Rock his rematch in three weeks" at Elimination Chamber.

Rock accepts the challenge and says something that the censors completely cut out.

Damien Sandow vs Sheamus in a Tables Match

Sandow and Sheamus trading blows and lockups.

Sandow heads to the outside and looks like he wants to bail to the back.

Sheamus chases after him and throws him in the steps before setting up a table.

The make their way around the ring and Sandow hits a big drop kick on the outside.

Sandow tries to set up a table of his own but Sheamus recovers and stops him. Sheamus takes the table and throws in at Sandow.

Sheamus makes his way back to the ring with the table and Sandow follows him in.

Sandow is working the injured shoulder of Sheamus and brings another table to the ring.

He traps Sheamus' arm in the table legs and is stomping on it.

Sandow sets up the table in the corner and tries to throw Sheamus into it but gets countered.

Sheamus attempts a Brogue Kick but misses.

Sheamus working over Sandow in the corner with forearms and tries to whip Sandow into the corner table. Sandow counter with a Russian leg sweep.

Thank You Sandow chant from the crowd. No, thank you Vegas fans.

Sandow sets Sheamus up on the table and goes to the top rope. Sheamus recovers and prevents it.

Sheamus with his forearm at the ropes spot. Tries to suplex Sandow but gets countered.

Sandow tries to follow up but Sheamus grabs for for White Noise. Sheamus hits a running White Noise onto the table set up in the corner.

Sheamus wins.

We come back from break with Ryder, Lawler, Khali, Nattie, and Hornswaggle in the ring.

We are having a karoke competition of superstar theme songs.

Khali first and he has HBK's Sexy Boy.

"Shawn doesn't deserve this. Who set this up, Bret hart?" -JBL

Khali seems to know the word but is singing way ahead of the big screen cues.

3MB finally saves us from this monstrosity.

3MB and Ryder exchaning words and McIntyre starts doing air guitar moves in from of Khali and eats a chop for his troubles.

Brawl erupts and 3MB gets laid out. Hornswaggle with a spalsh to Slater from the top rope.

Well that was something.....

Break the Walls Down!

Jericho out to the ring to make up for that previous segment.

Thank You chant from the fans.

"Welcome to Raw is Jericho!"

Jericho says pulling off the surprise last night was one of the best nights of his career.

Ziggler making his way out now with AJ and Big E.

"What are you doing here? You don't work here anymore. I ended your career"-Ziggler

AJ points out it was her doing and apologizes to Ziggler for making him put his Money in the Bank on the line.

"It's ok babe"

Jericho makes a remark about AJ and Big E says threatens Jericho.

Y2J going after Big E and his giant pecs.

Vickie on the Titantron now and says it was her that brought Jericho back.

She spins the wheel and Ziggler/Jericho will be teaming up against Hell No.

Ziggler and Jericho vs Hell No

Ziggler and Kane starting out but we quickly go to break.

Back from break with Ziggler and Bryan in the ring.

Ziggler taunting Jericho with a tag but keeps pulling his hand away.

Jericho just ends up slapping Ziggler's back hard to get the tag.

Bryan gets the tag and they go for a double team move but fail.

Now they are arguing over whose fault it was and Kane ends up pushing Bryan to the ground.

Ziggler tags himself in and Jericho nails Kane in the back on his way out.

Kane thinks it was Ziggler and hits him a chokeslam for the pinfall.

Hell No wins by pinfall.

The third Hall of Fame announcement and its Trish Stratus!

Congratulations to Trish Stratus. One of, if not the greatest, female wrestler in the history of WWE.

Vince McMahon out to the ring for the Paul Heyman performance review.

Vince says that CM Punk was escorted out of the arena ten minutes ago so he couldn't interfere.

Heyman makes his way to the ring.

Heyman extends his hand to Vince and they shake. Vince takes out some hand sanitizer after the shake.

"Have you ever had the Shield or Brad Maddox under your employ"

"I want to thank you for this opportunity to settle this once and for all. The answer to that question is no."

Vince asks him if he has ever lied and Heyman responses with a McMahon Sr quote he over heard.

"I lie everyday of my life because I am a promoter"

He says he has lied all the time because that is what it has taken but swears he isn't lieing to VKM tonight.

"I don't know if I am an honorable man"

Vince shows us some footage of Heyman taking Maddox to a dark area and Heyman says he paid Maddox for HiaC. Then says he pays the Shield. The Shield make an appearance in the video and Maddox is begging to be saved.

Heyman starts petting him and tells him its a learning experience. Shield starts to beat down on Maddox and his cameraman.

You've Been Busted chants break out and now the crowd is singing Nah Nah Nah Nah Goodbye.

Heyman claims it wasn't him, just like Vince has been framed before.

"I have a thick New York Jewish accent and it is easily intimidated."

Heyman is begging for his job as Vince starts to wish him well on hsi future endeavours.

"You're ......."

He doesn't get to finish as Brock Lesnar's music hits!

Vince and Heyman are stunned.

Brock reassures Heyman before getting in Vince's face.

Stare down between the two.

"If I were you, I wouldn't do something I am going to regret later on."-Vince

Heyman is yelling out for Lesnar to leave the ring.

LESNAR F5 TO VINCE!

Heyman is pleading for Lesnar to stop.

Lesnar makes his way to the back as Vince is laid out in the ring and we fade out.
