WWE Raw results and live blog for Dec. 17: TLC fallout, Slammy Awards 2012

WWE Monday Night Raw comes waltzing back into our lives tonight (Dec. 17, 2012) from the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, featuring all the fallout from the TLC pay-per-view (PPV) that took place last night in Brooklyn.

And don't forget this show also features the 2012 edition of The Slammy Awards!

The Shield made their mark, AJ Lee turned on John Cena leading to his loss to Dolph Ziggler, Big Show is still the world heavyweight champion and so much more.

There's a lot to get to, so come right back here at 8 p.m. ET when the Raw live blog kicks off once the show starts on USA. It will be below this line here.

JBL, King, and Cole greet us at ringside and review a little of TLC last night.

Rey Mysterio vs. Damien Sandow

Sandow locks up Mysterio into the corner. Stomps. Mysterio gets a boot up and Sandow clocks him with a kick to the stomach. Sandow sends him outside.

Cody Rhodes and Sin Cara at ringside.

Mysterio sent into the pole.

Back inside and a nearfall for Sandow.

Russian leg sweep and Elbow of Disdain land for Sandow for a nearfall.

Sandow locking in the chin lock and armbar. Sandow pushes him into the corner and takes Mysterio up top after some shoulder blocks. Sandow gets knocked down. Seated senton from Rey. Tilt-a-whirl headscissors. Sandow pushes Mysterio into the ropes, but dropkick earns Rey a nearfall.

Sandow with a kick to the stomach and he gets a running neckbreaker for a nearfall.

Sandow has Mysterio up, but Mysterio turns it into a tilt-a-whirl DDT. Mysterio dropkicks Sandow onto the second rope. 619 dialed and converts. Mysterio up top and comes down with the Drop the Dime on Sandow.

Mysterio takes home the win.

Booker T here to present the "Tell me I didn't just see that!" Award.

You can only vote on the WWE app, so we are having this episode turn into a three-hour infomerical for the WWE app.

WWE Divas Championship: Eve (c) vs. Kaitlyn

Cat fight starts between the two.

Eve thrown to the outside. Kaitlyn follows and repeatedly putting Eve into the barricade.

Back inside and Eve with a kick to the leg. Kick to the chest of Kaitlyn. Eve mounts and slams Kaitlyn's head into the mat. Eve sends Kaitlyn into the corner and starts stomping and choking. Eve on top and locking in the sleeper hold on the top rope.

Kaitlyn getting upset and she gets Eve on her shoulders. Gutbuster from Kaitlyn lands and Eve is down for the count.

Kaitlyn wins and she puts the belt down on Eve.

Road Dogg welcomes us and goes into the speech, which he actually calls Billy Gunn the "Bad Ass." Makes sense right?

Anyway, nominees are Brock Lesnar, Chris Jericho, DX, and Jerry Lawler.

Jerry Lawler wins, delivers a heart attack joke, then goes back to commentary.

Kofi Kingston vs. Tensai

Kingston with a dropkick and tries a monkey flip, but Kingston pushed down to the mat. Tensai with an elbow drop and a few more for a nearfall.

Tensai working Kofi over in the corner. Strikes landing and headbutts follow. Tensai up on the second rope and lands a splash for a nearfall.

Tensai charges, but eats the corner. Kofi with a Trouble in Paradise on the turnaround.

Kofi wins.

Kofi up top and posing for the fans, but Barrett rattles the corner to bring Kofi outside. Elbow to the back of Kofi and he pushes him into the post. Barrett with the Bullhorn to put Kofi out.

Barrett looks pleased with his dirty work as he walks off.

Vickie gives us a disclaimer that she'd never abuse her power like AJ did.

AJ and Cena win.

AJ Lee out and her and Vickie immediately start arguing. AJ says that she has just started not to care what anyone in the WWE or the WWE Universe thinks. The two face-to-face, but Dolph Ziggler comes out to get between the two. Ziggler says that this isn't happening.

AJ says that if that won kiss of the year, watch this.

Hottest kiss of the year and they are going at it. Wow.

AJ hops down, does the cute head cocking thing, then skips off. Ziggler looking stunned and runs off backstage.

The Great Khali vs. David Otunga

Khali in action after break.

Otunga clubbing the back of Khali. Khali sends him off the ropes and hits the clubbing chop. Khali puts him in the corner and clubs his chest. Another chop in the corner. Khali tries to run (keyword: tries) for a boot, but he gets hung up on the top rope. Khali getting the legs kicked out from under him. Otunga working the legs. Otunga charges Khali in the corner and eats a back elbow. Boot from Khali.

Khali lands the chop to take home the win.

He tells the crowd how much he loves Philadelphia and remarks how lively they are tonight.

JOHN CENA!

Cena hits the podium and he is being booed out of the building. He thanks them for the noise, but they keep giving him what they want. Nuclear heat for Cena. Cena says that the Superstar of the Year should be about hustle, loyalty, and respect. Cena says that the Superstar of the Year should be for a two-time Hall of Famer and he gives it to Naitch.

Flair looks flattered and says Cena is too much.

CM Punk is here.

CM Punk says this is all ridiculous. He says no one would have voted for Cena and that Flair hasn't even been here for the past calender year. Punk says that he always heard Shawn Michaels backstage talking about how he wanted to be Ric Flair. Punk says he was the Superstar of the Year last year and that he will be it this year.

Ric Flair asks if he wanted to know the time because the diamonds in his Rolex make it blocky for him. Flair says Punk can't even walk and that he can't walk a block with the baggage he has been carrying. Flair says he has been watching.

Punk says that with one leg, he could still kick his ass.

Flair asks if he meant his two Hall of Fame rings or his four ex-wives.

Punk says that he is glad he said that before he did, but he can beat Flair and anyone in Philly up.

Flair says that he is ready to do it.

The jacket is off and Flair is heading to the ring.

Punk hobbling down as we break.

We are back and Punk has hit the ring.

Punk on his crutches and the two men staring each other down.

"ECW! ECW!" Heyman getting some respect.

Punk hits Flair in the gut with the end of the crutch. Punk smacks the crutch across the back of Flair and breaks it in half. Punk strutting as Flair is down. Punk wants to give him more, but Flair with a poke to the eyes.

Heyman tries to get in Flair's face, but Flair tripping the leg and gets the Figure Four!

"WOO!"

Heyman crawls out and hits the floor in pain.

Flair gets the mic and tells the crowd that he wants to say something he has wanted to say for a long time. Flair tells Lawler he loves him and that they will never get rid of them. Flair told Vince McMahon that if he was to die, he wanted to die in a WWE ring or with a Philadelphia woman. Flair says that he was paid to have fun in this town.

Sirens and walkie-talkies hit and The Shield coming through the crowd.

Flair in the ring and he invites the group down as they make their way through the crowd.

We are back and a brawl has erupted between Team Hell No and Ric Flair vs. The Shield. Ambrose in the ring with Flair and Rollins and Reigns taking on Team Hell No outside. Ambrose puts Flair down in the ring and the pack goes after Team Hell No. They overwhelm the group and turn their attention to Flair.

Flair dragged outside and they are ready to put him through the announce table.

"FEED ME MORE!"

Ryback comes down and cleans house. Ambrose tossed into the barricade. Reigns is put down. Rollins is gorilla pressing Rollins and puts him right down on the announce table. Splat.

The group all returns to the ring to celebrate with Ric Flair. Nature Boy shakes the hand of everyone in the ring and they hoist him on their shoulders as the crowd cheers.

They are happy they took out The Shield.

Kane exclaims "YES!"

Bryan says "NO!"

Flair going with "WOOOOOOO!"

The group repeating their respective phrases over and over until the camera pans to Ron Simmons.

"DAMN!"

Brodus Clay vs. JTG

Lockup and JTG landing elbows and strikes. Brodus with a shot to the stomach. Suplex slam by Brodus. Leg drop by Brodus. JTG cornered and Clay runs into his boots twice. JTG up top and lands the flying neckbreaker for a nearfall.

JTG locks in the headlock, but Clay with a front suplex. Clotheslines from Clay. Splash in the corner by Clay. Suplex and headbutt follow.

Splash lands for the win in this quick squash for Clay.

Santino Marella and Tensai are here to present the LOL Moment of the Year Award.

Tensai trips on his way out and is wearing a ridiculous ice pack.

Santino says they are here to present the award since they both know about LOL moments. Tensai refusing to say his lines, so Santino says that he will say them for him. He says that Tensai means "Fat Albert" in Japanese. Tensai grabs him by the collar, but Santino says that is what the teleprompter says. Tensai says there is no teleprompter.

Nominees are The Rock in his promos against Cena, Team Hell No's anger management, Randy Orton giving Ricardo Rodriguez a taste of catering, and Vickie Guerrero dancing.

Winner will be announced next!

Santino announces that The Rock has won and he will accept the award on his behalf.

Daniel Bryan comes out screaming "NO!" He says that this is his award and Kane is forced to carry him off.

Sin Cara vs. Cody Rhodes

Lockup and Rhodes muscles Sin Cara into the corner. Shot to the body. Sin Cara off the ropes, but he gets the springboard back elbow. Sin Cara with the leg kick and gets the flying arm drag.

Rhodes outside and Sin Cara hits the suicide dive.

Mysterio stops Sandow from getting in on the action.

Inside the ring and Rhodes stomping Sin Cara. He is not happy about people mocking his mustache. Delayed front suplex for Rhodes gets the nearfall.

Rhodes with an arm toss and locks in the chin lock and armbar. Sin Cara is released from the hold and Rhodes stomps him. Rhodes stomping on Sin Cara and choking Sin Cara with a boot. Kick to the head of Sin Cara with a nearfall.

Rhodes clubbing the back of Sin Cara. Sin Cara fighting back with strikes and Sin Cara into the corner hard, knocking him down. Rhodes again stomping Sin Cara. Rhodes posing in the middle of the ring and Sin Cara sneaks to the apron. Pendulum kick. Springboard missile dropkick follows. Sin Cara with a hurricanrana coming off the ropes. Sin Cara trying to land a bulldog, but Cross Rhodes lands.

Cody Rhodes wins.

Show says that he isn't upset that the WWE Universe let him down once again by not voting him Superstar of the Year, but he still has the WHC. He tells the crowd not to boo him since he said what he was going to do.

"BORING! BORING! BORING!"

Big Show says that he will sit in that chair in the middle of the ring all night if they keep chanting that. He starts to go off.

Sheamus enters.

Sheamus says he has no regrets about last night and that they beat the crap out of each other. Sheamus says that he can feel every chair shot he gave him last night. Sheamus says he was the better man last night.

Show tells him to say it again.

Sheamus says it again and that he isn't ashamed to admit it. He wants to shake Sheamus' hand. Big Show obliges, then tells the "potato-eating Irishman to get to the back of the line."

Sheamus goes off. Double-leg and big strikes by Sheamus. Sheamus cracking Show with the giant chair. Brogue Kick lands and Show is down in the middle of the ring.

Sheamus proud of his work as he walks up the ramp.

ZIGGLER! ZIGGLER WANTS TO CASH IN!

OH GOD, YES!

Ref is about to ring the bell.

And John Cena comes down to clothesline Ziggler. Cena tosses him outside and runs him hard into the barricade. Cena telling Ziggler that it isn't happening tonight.

Wow. Just wow. Screw Cena.

We are back and Dolph Ziggler confronts Vickie Guerrero. He wonders why Cena cost him the title. Vickie wants to know how he got AJ to help him and how their kiss was. Ziggler says he has no clue. Ziggler says her jealousy is getting old, tired, and ugly just like her. Vickie says that she will give Ziggler a shot with his "new girlfriend" against John Cena...and her?

Wow.

We are back to the match and Miz introduces...

TOMMY DREAMER!

McIntyre and ADR start.

Drew beating ADR down in the corner. ADR turns it around and lands a few kicks. Step-up enuzigiri to the arm. ADR working the arm of McIntyre with the arm wrench.

Tommy Dreamer in and the crowd responds accordingly.

Heath Slater in and does his air guitar shtick. Dreamer clocks him and lands a flapjack. The contest turns into a brawl and 3MB sent packing to the outside. ADR with a suicide dive to the outside. Miz with a baseball slide. Tommy Dreamer up top and he gets a dive to take out the 3MB once again.

3MB down and out as we break.

We are back and Dreamer gets the side slam on Mahal.

Miz and Slater in. Clotheslines from Miz. Back bodydrop that sends Slater into the corner. Running corner clothesline lands. Mahal knocked down off the apron, but Slater pushed into the barricade. Mahal with a cheapshot outside.

Back inside and McIntyre is in with a nearfall.

Armbar and chinlock in for McIntyre. Miz out and off the ropes with a sunset flip for a nearfall.

Jinder Mahal tagged in and gets a knee drop for a nearfall.

Mahal with the chinlock in. Miz fights back to his feet and gets the neckbreaker and backbreaker on Mahal.

Mahal gets Slater in and Slater stops the tag with a front headlock. Miz trying to reach for a tag, but Slater drives him back into his corner.

McIntyre in.

I just got distracted by Lawler making awful jokes on commentary. Good lord, him and Cole are unbearable tonight.

Slater was, but now Mahal is in. This match is really long and bad and they are just isolating Miz. Splash by Mahal for a nearfall.

Mahal dropping the knees over and over on Miz.

McIntyre in and he puts Miz on his shoulders. He throws him up and drops him for a nearfall.

Slater in.

Guys, this match has been going on forever. It is really bad.

Slater with a nearfall.

Sleeper in for Slater and it turns into a front headlock. Slater gets back bodydropped and ADR is in. He is cleaning house and takes out the 3MB. Slater cornered and he eats an enzuigiri. ADR wants the Cross Armbreaker, but Dreamer locking eyes.

Dreamer wants in and he is in. DDT gets the win for Dreamer.

Ryback vs. Antonio Cesaro

Cesaro says that this is like a typical rigged American election. Everyone knows he is the true newcomer of the year and that he is stronger, smarter, and a champion.

Match starts and Cesaro opening with strikes. Thesz press from Ryback and ramming Cesaro's head into the mat. Ryback picks him up, but Cesaro with a headbutt. Ryback with a right hand. Cesaro escapes a gorilla press with a punch to the back. Uppercut to the back of Ryback's head. Cesaro wants a suplex, but Ryback gets a delayed vertical of his own for a nearfall.

Ryback working Cesaro in the corner. Cesaro cornered and he gets the boot up. Huge double-leg on Ryback. He wants the Gotch Neutralizer, but Ryback with a bodydrop. Meathook Clothesline upcoming, but Cesaro rolls outside to get his title belt. Ryback presses him back to the ring.

Cesaro rolls outside again and just heads backstage.

Ryback wins by countout.

Mean Gene Okerlund, Ricky Steamboat, and Jim Ross are here to present Match of the Year.

Mean Gene introduces the bunch and the award. Steamboat says that he will remember his Match of the Year for life. Ross says that he has had the pleasure of calling some of these matches himself.

Nominees are HHH vs. Undertaker at WrestleMania, Cena vs. Lesnar at Extreme Rules, Sheamus vs. Big Show at Hell in a Cell, and Rock vs. Cena at WrestleMania.

Award will be given after the break.

Undertaker vs. HHH is your winner.

"TIME TO PLAY THE GAME!"

HHH at the podium.

"WE WANT TAKER!" chants drown him out.

HHH says that you very rarely have magic moments in this business, but he had a magic moment against Taker. He says he couldn't have asked to be with two men he respected more in HBK and Taker, who he considers to be a benchmark.

"Thank you Hunter!"

HHH says that he thanks the fans, but he'll let us in on a little secret. This won't be the last we'll see of the Undertaker.

Big secret...

The Shield putting the boots to Tommy Dreamer backstage.

They are beating him down between the equipment trucks and shoving him into the equipment loading door.

Ricardo Rodriguez comes up to save him, but he gets the boots put to him, too.

The referees chase them off.

Dolph Ziggler and AJ vs. John Cena and Vickie Guerrero

AJ directs two ringside assistants to put a ladder up in the ring.

AJ climbs to the top as we break.

We are back.

AJ says she is full of surprises. She has been asked why all day. AJ said she stopped at a gas station and people asked her. A busboy at her hotel asked her why. A couple of Divas asked her why, but that could have been because she made out with Dolph Ziggler.

AJ says that the reason she knocked John Cena off the ladder at TLC...

"EXCUSE ME!"

Vickie says that no one cares why AJ did it and the two begin to stare down.

Dolph Ziggler enters.

And Cena enters.

Ziggler and Cena start.

"ZIGGLER'S BETTER!" chants start. Money, folks.

Ziggler ducks under a lockup attempt.and gives a strut. Cena gets a single-leg takedown for a nearfall.

Cena holding a front headlock, but Ziggler turns it into a hammerlock. Cena fighting to his feet and gets out with a side slam.

AJ is tagged in and she starts smiling in the face of Cena.

Vickie gets in and a cat fight starts. A lot of rolling and punches and slaps flying.

AJ rolls outside and goes backstage.

Ziggler knocks Cena off the apron and brings him inside. Ziggler landing strikes and elbow drops. Vickie and Dolph stare down and Vickie leaves. Ziggler tries a splash in the corner, but he misses. AA attempt turned into a jumping DDT attempt for Ziggler. Nearfall.

Ziggler goes to the corner and Cena locks in the STF after a drop toehold.

AJ comes back out...

WITH BIG E. LANGSTON!

Big E picks Cena up and lands the Big Ending.

Cena wins by DQ.

AJ skipping around and Big E standing over Cena. Ziggler in the corner.

What the hell just went down?

Fade to black.
