Stephanie McMahon to induct Trish Stratus into WWE Hall of Fame

Although the majority of pro wrestling fans assumed -- and even voted for -- Lita to induct legendary WWE Diva Trish Stratus into the WWE Hall of Fame on Sat., April 6, 2013, at Madison Square Garden in New York, she will not be the one doing the honors.

Just last night, Stratus said her choice would become clear and obvious once she gave her speech and we would know soon enough exactly who that person will be. It turns out tonight was the night.

That's because the company once again used Twitter to get the news out. First, Stratus asked Stephanie McMahon to do the honors:

I'd be honored if @stephmcmahon would be a part of the biggest nite of my career & inducts me into @wwe #HOF, Steph will u do me the honor?

And her response was:
