WrestleMania 29 free live stream of pre-show will feature Wade Barrett vs. The Miz

This shouldn't really come as a surprise to anyone: The Intercontinental championship match pitting titleholder Wade Barrett against challenger The Miz set for WrestleMania 29 this Sun., April 7, 2013, at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey, will take place on the one-hour pre-show.

That's right, folks. If you don't want to, you won't have to pay to watch a title bout at the biggest show of the year this weekend. Or, as company man Joey Styles put it over on Twitter:

We expect the biggest audience ever for a @wwe PPV Pre-Show for @wrestlemania b/c of the biggest Pre-Show match @mikethemiz vs @wadebarrett

In a WWE.com exclusive announcement, Intercontinental Champion Wade Barrett will defend his illustrious title against The Miz at WrestleMania, waging war in a battle for pride and glory that could only be settled at The Showcase of the Immortals. On the final Raw before WrestleMania it was announced that this match will be on the Interactive Pre-Show at 6 ET/3 PT, exclusively on WWE.com, facebook.com/wwe, YouTube.com/wwe and the WWE App!

The announcement of the monumental championship contest came on the tail end of The Awesome One's huge non-title victory over The Barrett Barrage on the March 25 edition of Raw. Not only was it the first time Miz and Barrett squared off one-on-one, but The Miz also actually made The Bare-Knuckle Brawler tap out to the famous Figure-Four Leglock.

As per usual, the pre-show will stream live on WWE.com, Facebook.com/WWE, and YouTube.com/WWEFanNation. We'll also be sure to have it posted for you to enjoy right here on CagesideSeats.com when it kicks off at 6 p.m. ET this Sunday night.
